NEW KEYS 🔑🏠 Just over 2 years ago, a week before we went into the first lockdown we picked up the keys to a new unit. It was scary. We thought we'd bitten off more than we could chew. The place dwarfed our previous unit. Thankfully the last 2 years have seen us go from strength to strength and we soon ran out of space, in the factory, warehouse and offices. That's traditional South African food, cooked in a traditional South African way - by braaing over an open fire, using Kameeldoring (African hardwood) for its aromatic fragrance to smoke and enhance the flavours of the meat 💪 Due to covid, what started as a full-on private catering company in 2009, has now partly morphed into a food truck business, operating their Braai Van, which roams the roads of Surrey and Hampshire, and still pitching up at weddings, parties, and corporate events.
