Who is responsible?

WELOVROI is responsible for the processing of the personal data of the user and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), for which reason provides you with the following treatment information:

  • Treatment purposes: as specified in the section on the cookies section on this website.
  • Legitimation of the treatment: With the exception of neccessary cookies, the basis for legitimizing the treatment is the consent of the interested party (art. 6.1.a) GDPR). For the neccessary cookies, the basis of legitimacy interest of the data controller (6.1.f) GDPR)
  • Data conservation criteria: as specified in the cookie section used in this policy.
  • Data communication: the data will not be communicated to third parties, except in cookies owned by third parties or by legal obligation.
  • International data transfers: This website uses cookies from US providers, so it is likely that your data will be transferred or stored in the US. Please note that the EU, after the ruling in the Schrems II Case, has stopped recognizing the Privacy Shield as a valid mechanism to comply with data protection requirements when transferring personal data to the United States, therefore, your data may not enjoy adequate protection in that country. For all these reasons, the aforementioned companies have announced that the processing of personal data they carry out will be legitimized in the Standard Contractual Clauses. WELOVROI is monitoring the transparency documentation published by the aforementioned companies and is in the process of evaluating the supplementary mechanisms proposed by them. We will make more information available to the data subject as it becomes available from companies and relevant supervisory authorities.
